Refund policy

Returns 
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, and you fail to contact us, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange for your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If upon opening the item you notice immediately the product is defective or damaged please contact us as soon as possible at   ASSISTANCE@bllcrw.com

Non-returnable items:

- Gift certificates 

- Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

- Due to sanitary reasons, used swimwear/body suits, or lingerie cannot be retuned or exchanged.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item to be exchanged. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and we will further contact you as for the new item you will be receiving.

Any new exchanged item you would like to receive must meet the original price point of the product originally purchased.

Late or missing exchanges (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your exchanged item please contact us at ASSISTANCE@ballcrewclothing.com so we may assist you as best as possible. 

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping
To return your product for an exchange or a refund, you must email: ASSISTANCE@ballcrewclothing.com

We will then email you a return packaging slip for you to print out at home and ship out the product in question.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach us and to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping (returning) an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

**We do not guarantee that we will receive your item for exchange.**
